DOMAGNANO – This evening, Friday 23 October, in the Sala Montelupo, the I CapiFamiglia Committee is organizing an evening dedicated to collecting signatures for seven referendum proposals and to public discussion with citizens. The collection will begin at 7pm, while the meeting will be held at 9pm, during which it will be possible to intervene and ask questions.
The seven proposals concern:

- International treaties: introduction of a mandatory confirmatory referendum for those that affect the sovereignty and autonomy of the Republic.
- Access to referendums: reduction of signatures required from 3% to 1.5%.
- Respect for the vote: protection of referendum decisions from modifications or circumventions without new consultation, in the cases provided for.
- Cash and payment instruments: guarantee of freedom of choice between paper and digital tools, with accessible and sustainable solutions.
- Central Bank: separation of employment at the Central Bank from the mandate in the Great and General Council, according to the proposed criteria.
- Electoral representation: abolition of the 5% threshold for the distribution of seats in the Great and General Council, maintaining the proportional system.
To sign the proposals you need an identity document, ISS code and indication of the electoral list on which you vote.
