The ministry wrote in a notice that this decision was made regarding those apartments whose owners have not delivered 50 percent of their installments within the specified time.
According to the notification, the decision to buy back the said apartments is final and after the expiry of the specified period, measures will be taken to implement it.
The Ministry has requested the relevant people to respect this decision, not to create obstacles and delays in the process of buying back the apartments and to cooperate with the relevant agencies for the regular implementation of this series.
The source added; The owners of those apartments, whose apartments are being taken back, should refer to this ministry and get their pre-paid money.
In the notification of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, it is emphasized that after this no one has the right to complain and in case of violation, serious legal action will be taken against them.
