“Summary” (AKIpress) – In Bishkek, a man was prosecuted for petty hooliganism after a conflict with police officers on the territory of the Bishkek Arena sports complex (a concert of singer Shakira was held at the stadium). This was reported by the press service of the capital city police department.
According to the police, the incident occurred on October 18. While on duty, employees of the Police Patrol Service Regiment noticed a citizen who was violating public order.
The man did not obey the lawful demands of the police officers and used obscene language against them, insulting their honor and dignity, the police department said in a statement.
After that, he was taken to the police department of the Leninsky district police department.
On October 19, the Leninsky District Court brought the man to justice under Article 126 (“Petty hooliganism”) of the Code of Offenses.
After a court decision, he was placed in a temporary holding cell at the district police department.
