In the ceremony organized for this purpose, the investor of the project, Mohammad Hassan Temuri, said that this complex will be built on 40 acres of land in three years and upon its completion, 200 people will be directly employed.
According to him, this project is being implemented in Herat for the purpose of developing commercial activities, creating entertainment facilities and providing job opportunities.
According to the information, various possibilities have been considered in this complex, including a large hall, entertainment center, sports field, swimming pool, hotel and food store.
At the same time, economic and cultural experts say that investing in the construction of commercial and entertainment complexes can play an important role in economic growth, entertainment for young people, creating job opportunities and developing urban possibilities.
Walishah Behra, an expert on cultural affairs, said that taking Herat’s cultural identity and regional architecture into consideration in new projects can help protect and strengthen the cultural heritage of the province along with economic development.
Abdulwahid Khairkhah, the head of urban governance of Herat Municipality, told Bakhtar Agency that all construction projects should be implemented according to the established principles and standards, so that the development of the city can be done regularly and urban order is maintained.
It is worth noting that in Herat, along with industry and trade, the interest of investors to build commercial and entertainment centers is also increasing.
