In the meeting, officials of associations of tourism and pilgrimage companies shared with Mr. Jamal the problems and suggestions in the field of obtaining licenses for tourism and pilgrimage companies and said: “The officials of tourism and pilgrimage companies are committed to all principles and carry out their activities by considering the principles and policies.”
In the meeting, the Minister of Tourism, Finance and Administration Maulvi Qudratullah Jamal expressed confidence in reaching the solutions and suggestions of the problems of tourism and pilgrimage companies and said: “A commission has been formed from the representatives of eight ministries for the purpose of evaluating and solving the problems of tourism and pilgrimage companies.
Mr. Jamal added that the illegal activities of tourism companies have been prevented and those companies that have provided good service for a long time and the relevant associations are certified will be given three-year work permits again. Also, the Ministry of Information and Culture is fully cooperating with all tourism companies and is responding to their problems and suggestions in a timely manner.
In the meeting, the time, price and some other topics of tourist companies’ licenses were discussed.
