SAN MARINO – She is 15 years old, the daughter of a San Marino man and practices motoring, with particular attention to autocross and sprint car. Lola Dall’Olmo concluded her first season in the SEAC Challenge (South-East Autocross), in the Junior Sprint category reserved for drivers between 12 and 18 years old, obtaining 14th place overall out of 34 participants and second place in the female ranking out of 15 participants.
The championship, played between April and September, touched several French locations, including Marcollin, Bellegarde, Mazan, Saint-Igny-de-Vers, Verfeil, Saint-Laurent-du-Cros, Servilly, Aurel and Veynes.
Among the results obtained during the individual heats, the first female place and 15th overall out of 30 drivers stand out in Bellegarde and the first place among the girls in Saint-Laurent-du-Cros, where Dall’Olmo finished 12th overall out of 34 competitors.
The young driver says she combines her sporting activity with her school commitments, organizing her studies even during trips and in her free moments during races. The passion for autocross also comes from the family, which has been frequenting the competition scene for years.
Dall’Olmo now looks to the future with the aim of continuing in motorsport and aiming for the National category, a step which would however require greater resources for materials and travel. “I hope to be able to continue in this sport”, writes the young driver, thanking her parents and family for the support received.
