“Health” (AKIpress) – The Ministry of Health began an internal investigation after a collective appeal from employees of the Research Institute of Heart Surgery and Organ Transplantation.
As the ministry reported, experts are studying the facts stated in the appeal, including issues of organizing the work of the institute.
Based on the results of the investigation, the Ministry of Health will assess the identified circumstances. The department promises to provide additional information after the commission’s work is completed.
Previously Deputy Director of the Institute Dolon Zaripov stated that 33 children died in the institution in 9 months, while during the same period last year – 18. Employees asked to check the work of the institute’s management.
