The Court of Appeal has eased the security measure for Jozefin Marku, who was involved in a violent episode with another former reality show character, Eduard Kuçin. On September 9, the Court of Tirana had imposed house arrest for Jozi, but the latter appealed and the Appeal eased his obligation to appear.
His friend, Kristjan Nikolli, who was driving the Land Rover with which Kuci was ambushed near the Rinas overpass, was also left under house arrest.
Jozefin Marku’s group stopped the McLaren car of Eduart Kuci, disguised as a policeman with fennel and taking out the license plate. There they started to beat him, while Mark asked him to sit on his knees and ask for forgiveness. It all started after Eduart Kuci insulted him on social networks.

Jozefin Marku was arrested on September 5 at his friend’s house in Lezhë, where he was suspected of 5 criminal offences, hostage-taking, slight injury, threats, up to unlawful keeping of the uniform and unjust interference in private life. 2 people were declared wanted, while others have not yet been identified.
