Mohammad Hassan Saqib, the spokesman of the Nuristan Police Command, told Bakhtar Agency that the incident took place this afternoon, as a result of which one person died and three others were injured.
He added that the security officials have reached the scene of the incident and have taken the injured to Nuristan Provincial Hospital for treatment.
According to Saqib, the preliminary information shows that the incident was caused by a technical problem of the car.
