The Ministry of Defense announces the mobilization of more than a dozen specialists from various backgrounds for the development of the project of the new doctrine of the Armed Forces of Haiti (FAD’H). This initiative is part of the priorities of its 2026-2027 Action Plan. The multidisciplinary working group brings together, among others, General Prosper Avril, Colonel Antoine Atouriste, Lieutenant-Colonel Marie Sandry Charles Pierre, Dr Prosper Charles, military historian Georges Michel and Me James Boyard.
