The National Civil Police reports that the criminal structure is dedicated to the theft of electronic equipment in different businesses in the department to sell it in member stores.
Police authorities indicate that three members of Los Pecas are in prison.
In addition, the suspect has a record of concealment from 2014 and is now wanted by a court for the same crime.
