Education Consulting, Academic Advising and Mentoring (ECAAM), in partnership with Creative Teacher 767, is encouraging parents, caregivers, teachers, and anyone who works with children to take part in a free online seminar aimed at helping adults better understand communication challenges in children.
The interactive session, titled “Understanding Communication Difficulties in Children,” is designed to give families practical, evidence-based strategies they can use to encourage communication and increase children’s participation both at home and in everyday situations.
Organizers shared via press release that the seminar will explore the importance of communication as a foundation for learning, building relationships, and emotional well-being. Recognizing communication difficulties early and providing the right support can have a lasting impact on a child’s confidence and overall development.
Participants can expect to learn how to identify early signs of communication difficulties, understand the different ways children communicate, apply practical techniques to support communication at home, and recognize when it may be time to seek additional professional assistance.
“Clear communication helps children connect, learn, and thrive,” the organizers said. “This seminar is intended to empower parents and caregivers with knowledge and practical tools that can help children find their voice and participate more fully in everyday life.”

Participation is free, but advance registration is required. Those who register will receive a private Zoom link before the event. Interested participants are encouraged to scan the QR code on the event flyer to reserve their place.
The seminar is scheduled for Saturday, July 25, 2026, beginning at 3:00 PM and will be held live on Zoom at no cost to participants.
