Muscat: Her Highness the Honourable Lady Assayida Ahd Abdullah Hamed al Busaidi, Spouse of the Sultan of Oman, delivered an address to the top-achieving students of the General Education Diploma for the academic year 2025/2026.
The full text of the address reads as follows:
“Our beloved sons and daughters, the students,
With hearts full of pride and esteem, we share in your joy of this outstanding achievement and congratulate you on this distinguished accomplishment in the General Education Diploma for the academic year 2025/2026.
Behind this success lay sincere determination, unwavering effort and the generous support of families who believed in their children and stood by them. Equally, teachers—both men and women—alongside educational and administrative staff, played a truly commendable role in guiding, mentoring and instilling in you a love of knowledge and a spirit of perseverance.
Our dear children,
Carry this excellence with humility, continue your journey with confidence and let your noble character and your love for Oman be a light that accompanies you along the path of knowledge and life. The nation rejoices in your achievements and looks to you for beneficial knowledge and sincere endeavour.
May the Almighty Allah bless your steps, open before you the doors of goodness and success and may He always make you the pride of your families and a source of honour for Oman and its people.”
