The resident population in Andorra is close to 90,000 inhabitants and has been located in 89,752 people on June 30, 2026a number representing one 2% increase compared to the same month of the previous year, according to the publication Statistics. The specific data indicates that the Principality has added 1,781 residents in twelve months.
The collection details that growth is particularly concentrated among people of other nationalitiesa collective that has increased in 818 residents and that registers one annual variation of 5.4%. And within this group, the increase in Colombian populationwhich has added 265 registrants and has grown by 17.7% to reach 1,761. The people of Peruvian nationality have increased by 136, with a variation of 15.3%, with 1,023 registered; while the Argentine population has grown in 69 residents, one 2.2% more and rises to 3,269 residents. Together these three nationalities represent the 26.4% of the annual increase of the total estimated population. The rest of the nationalities included in the group of other origins have added 348 residents and amount to 9,879 people.
The population Andorra has grown by 557 people and rises to 40,113; the total with Spanish nationality is 21,137 residents with 309 more from June 2025; and the French nationals increase by 257 to 4,246 registered. The Portuguese population has decreased by 160 residents compared to June 2025 and remains at 8,324according to Statistics.
The data from the June collection also show that thepopulation aging of the Principality. The number of under 15 years old down from 9,786 in June 2025 a 9,558 last month; 73.3% of the population has between 15 and 64 years, which corresponds to 65,795 inhabitantsfor the 64,426 of the previous June. And people aged 65 or over increase by 16%, going from 13,759 to 14,399.
The distribution of residents by parishes Escaldes-Engordany at the forefront of growth in absolute numbers with 357 more censused, for a total of 16,308; followed by Canillo with 347 and 6,513 inhabitants; Encamp sum 304 and arrive at 13,670; Massana grows by 285 registrants to 12,283; Sant Julià de Lòria with 180 new residents and 10,312 overall; i I order sum 178 for a population of 5,789. Andorra la Vella has registered the lowest increase, with 130 residents and 24,877 people in total.
Estadística finally remembers that the figures for the communes do not match those collected by this service. The June data of communal censuses raise the population to 94,455 peoplewhich represents an increase of 0.5% compared to the record of 93,972 inhabitants in June of last year.
