The Ministry added that the Special Court of Central Zone for handling the cases of confiscated Emirate lands in Kabul city named “Gheibi Baba Town” after examining the documents and documents of more than 1,000 42 acres of land, decided that 532.11 acres of the said land is Emirati.
According to the source, this land is located in the 17th district of Kabul city and the Commission for Prevention of Land Grabbing and Restitution of Grabbed Lands has investigated its issue before.
The ministry wrote that the inspection, verification and restitution process of confiscated Emirate lands is going on in the country.
