Interested members invited to join Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris 2026

The Myanmar Garment Manufacturers Association (MGMA) has invited interested members to join the Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris 2026 in France.

MGMA said it will participate at the event as Myanmar pavilion. Organized by Messe Frankfurt France, the event will be held from 31 August to 2 September at Paris Le Bourget, France. As a business entity, MGMA will lead the Myanmar pavilion for promoting the global marketing for the Myanmar garment industry as well as from booths of membership companies.

This event brings together, twice a year in Paris, more than a thousand exhibitors from the fashion industry. It offers professional buyers from all over the world a sourcing platform with a wide variety of products ranging from basics to the most creative and qualitative.

As of 2022, MGMA has participated from the Myanmar pavilion to reach European buyers and like previous years, MGMA has urged member companies to exhibit their product samples at its booth. It said a company can exhibit 2-5 product samples to maximum and companies will have to incur the fee of delivery to Paris by DHL express. The submission of product sample photos, expected apparel quantity, business card, company profile and pamphlet will have to make by 31 July.

Member companies will have to incur the cost of air ticket, visa application, accommodation and their own expenses and MGMA will provide advice on air ticket purchase and visa application.
