The Calle de la Unió will have one new traffic light at the height of the crossing with the Calle Na Maria Pla. The device will be located in the section between Km0 area and access to Meritxell and Carlemany avenueswith the aim of ordering traffic in one of the points with the highest traffic intensity.
The installation comes after the commissioning of the third lane, an action that, according to the Secretary of State for Energy Transition, Transport and Mobility, David Fornéhas reduced journey time by 26% in the last two months.
