
The secretariat of the said commission wrote in a press release that on the 18th of Changash, 517 families of Afghan refugees returned to their country through Torkham of Nangarhar province, 42 families through Spin Boldak of Kandahar province, 2 families through Bahramche of Helmand province, and 7 families of Afghan refugees returned to their country through Islam Fort of Herat province.
According to the information in the newsletter; Earlier today, 584 families in Torkham, 44 families in Spin Boldak, one family in Bahramcha, 7 families in Herat and 99 families in Kabul were helped.
In the press release of the Supreme Commission for Refugee Problems, it was also revealed that a total of 2,940 refugees have returned to their country on that date.
The returned families have been given useful information about their registration, transportation, financial assistance, short-term settlement and understanding of the country, Islamic system, migration, patience and tolerance, education and training by the information and public awareness committee of this commission, and a total of 607 SIM cards have been distributed to them.
It is worth noting that land parcels were also distributed to 618 families of refugees yesterday, and with this, the total number of distributed parcels reached 58,348.
