    What caused the devastating flooding in parts of Manitoba?



    An aerial shot of houses in a neighbourhood that is flooded. The houses and streets and trees are almost completely submerged in water.

    Both geography and climate change played a role in the severe flooding that’s hit western Manitoba communities such as Swan River, Minitonas and Dauphin. CBC’s Bartley Kives explains how it happened.
