The Second Provincial Corporate Criminal Prosecutor’s Office of La Molina and Cieneguilla requested that the Judiciary issue 18 months of preventive detention against the businessman Jackson Moraex-husband of Tilsa Lozano, and against eight other investigations, for allegedly being part of a criminal network that violated the computer systems of the District Municipality of Pueblo Nuevo, of Chincha, to execute illicit transfers of state funds.
The Second Provincial Corporate Criminal Prosecutor’s Office of La Molina and Cieneguilla requested that the Judiciary issue 18 months of preventive detention against the businessman Jackson Moraex-husband of Tilsa Lozano, and against eight other investigations, for allegedly being part of a criminal network that violated the computer systems of the District Municipality of Pueblo Nuevo, of Chincha, to execute illicit transfers of state funds.

The tax requirement, presented to the Preparatory Investigation Court of Lima Eastaccuses those involved of the alleged commission of the crimes of computer fraud and criminal gang. In addition to Mora, The measure involves César A. Nepo Zolla, Daniel J. Mesones Mazzini, Giovani J. Torrico Mugaburu, Fabia C. Reyes Salas, Roy L. Chauca Tantalean, Fiorella M. Gallo Roncalla, Máximo S. Ojeda Cisneros and Álvaro A. Vacacela Guerrero.
The alleged criminal organization would have diverted approximately S/ 9.9 million of the accounts of the municipality of Pueblo Nuevoaccording to the incipient thesis of the Prosecutor’s Office, to then divide it and deposit it in current accounts of third parties and companies with the objective of launder your financial origin.
