Officials of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Livestock said in the meeting that the rights and responsibilities of the private sector, the public sector and the public are outlined in this law and no one is allowed to import illegal and contraband goods into the country’s markets.
Moulvi Prime Minister Usmani, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Livestock, said in this meeting that after this, all affairs will be organized based on the new law, in order to provide standard services to the people along with the economic strengthening of the country.
According to him, according to this law, any goods that have not completed the customs stages are considered smuggled.
At the same time, Mufti Zakirullah Zakir, General Director of Horticulture and Animal Health of Yad Zuwart, said that the implementation of this law can prevent the production and import of non-standard and low-quality products, and create a healthy competitive environment for domestic products. Increase investment opportunities and provide sustainable growth in the agriculture and livestock sector.
He explained that the successful implementation of this law is not the responsibility of only one agency, but requires the cooperation and coordination of ministries, independent agencies, security agencies, customs, private sector and all related institutions.
It is worth noting that some officials of the private sector also expressed their happiness about the approval of the said law and said that with this, poor quality goods will be stopped in the Afghan markets and will be replaced by standard goods.
