The spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abdul Qahar Balkhi, wrote on his “X” social network today: “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan strongly condemns the attack on a cafe in Damascus, the capital of the Syrian Arab Republic, as a result of which a number of civilians were killed and injured.”
The Islamic Emirate called the attacks on civilians against Islamic and humanitarian values and considered such incidents as a worrying challenge to the security and stability of Syria.
