According to the online economy report, quoted by Tasnim, Sergeant Seyed Timur Hosseini, the head of Faraja highway police, denied some news published in cyberspace about the ban on entering Tehran, and stated: What is published in some news sites and cyberspace about the ban on entering Tehran is not true at all, and such an issue is not on the agenda of the highway police.
He stated that the traffic restrictions are only based on the location of the ceremony and the routes of passage, and added: Like other occasions, there will be temporary restrictions and bans on traffic and stops, but these restrictions do not mean a total ban on entering the city of Tehran.
Traffic police chief Faraja continued: For the cities of Tehran, Qom and Mashhad, traffic plans have been developed independently and according to the conditions of each city, and the implementation of these plans will be only within certain limits and in certain time frames.
Hosseini emphasized: All traffic restrictions will be accompanied by the prediction of alternative routes and suitable access ways so that the movement of citizens is carried out with the least disruption.
He asked the citizens to follow the news related to traffic restrictions only through official authorities and the traffic police and not to pay attention to rumors and unofficial news published in cyberspace.
