The media office of Panjshir province announced that the use of smart phones in the local offices of this province is prohibited.
In the newsletter of media office of Panjshir Province, it is stated that this decision was taken based on the “oral instructions” of the Taliban leadership and the leadership of this province emphasized that there will be no negligence in implementing the instructions, decrees and orders of the leadership of this group.
Based on the news, Alhaj Hafiz Mohammad Agha Hakim, Governor of Panjshir, has ordered the civil and military officials of this province not to allow any civil and military employees to use smart phones in local offices.
The newsletter states that if a violation is observed, the offending employee will be dealt with according to the law.
The media office of Panjshir province added that the use of smart phones among the civil and military employees of the local administrations of this province was prohibited before, and the implementation process was being monitored.
