The political deputy minister of the interior of Iran continued: Accordingly, the issue of organizing the nationals and the statute of the national immigration organization was discussed in the parliament from the previous government, and it is being completed in the fourteenth government with the interaction of the ministry of interior and other governing bodies with the committee of councils and internal affairs of the parliament.
In response to a question about the government’s policy in the field of foreign nationals, the spokesman of the Iranian Ministry of Interior said: From the beginning of the 14th government, a precise, principled and coordinated policy was adopted with other elements of governance in relation to foreign nationals, which has been a successful policy.
He added: The basic principle in the field of nationals is that there is no person in the country without the presence, place of residence and activity in the country. Every person who enters Iran must know whether he is authorized or not, and this is an absolute principle of sovereignty.

Zinivand noted: The complete organization of citizens is a time-consuming process, and we hope that by the end of the government, we will be able to announce that this work has been completed and that the citizens present in the country have been placed in a legal and specific framework.
He added: The organization of nationals, as announced since the beginning of the 14th government, is being done, and after passing the post-war conditions, this process will continue at a faster pace.
