The Andorran students will continue to pay 178 euros per year to study a university degree in France, 254 euros for a master’s degree i 397 euros for a doctoratewhile non-EU students affected by the new decree will have to pay 2,895 for a degree and 3,941 for a master’s from the 2026-2027 academic year. As it progressed the newspaperthe increase of university fees in France it will not affect Andorrans.
The confirmation comes after the arrangements made by the French embassyin coordination with the Government of Andorra. The ambassador of Andorra in Paris, Esther Rabasahas received the guarantee that Andorran students will continue to be assimilated to French students and, therefore, will maintain the ordinary fee regime.
In the case of engineering studies, Andorrans will pay 628 euros in the centers under the tutelage of the competent ministry, except for Central schools already the École des Mines Nancywhere the amount is 2,613 euros. The French ministry also includes this exception on its website, where it specifies that Andorran nationals are not subject to differentiated rights.
