Ironies with placards, calls and slogans against the government and Prime Minister Edi Rama were not missing even today in the protest.
What stood out was the former deputy prime minister Belinda Balluku, accused and indicted by SPAK-GJKKO for corruption and abuse of office.
Ironic memes and banners that mock the political caste, Prime Minister Edi Ramna and his government, have been the beauty of the mass protest that is now in its 9th day.
For 9 days, the square in front of the Prime Minister’s Office has been overflowing with citizens demanding a revolution and the resignation of the head of the government, Edi Rama.
One of today’s banners has drawn attention, where the statements of the former prime minister Belinda Balluku are ironized, at the time when there was an energy crisis, and before the scandal with billions of euros tenders, for which the Special Prosecutor’s Office has been charged.
“I unplugged the charger, left the air conditioner at 24 degrees, I go and buy bread on foot, but I still couldn’t buy 300 apartments like Belinda”, the banner says.
