RA Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Davit Khudatyan took part in the official opening ceremony of the full operation of the “Baku-Tbilisi-Kars” railway in the city of Akhalkalaki, Georgia.
Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze gave an opening speech.
Turkish Minister of Transport Abdulkadir Uraloglu and Minister of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan Rashad Nabiyev were also present at the event.
Minister Davit Khudatyan had short contacts with fellow ministers.
