Artsakh lawyer Roman Yeritsyan during the press conference he called today informed that as part of the case of preparing for the murder of Nikol Pashinyan, they searched the apartments of all the friends and relatives of one of the people of Artsakh known to him. Moreover, the search was conducted in a shameful way, entering the houses early in the morning, turning them upside down, waking up the 9- and 2-year-old children.
“Early this morning, I received a phone call and was informed that based on the video message of the famous masked persons addressed to Nikol Pashinyan, the apartments of one of our acquaintances from Artsakh were searched, and they were searched in a shameful manner.
At 6 o’clock in the morning, the children enter the house, we are talking about 9-month-old and 2-year-old children.
It happened three days ago, I was informed today, but until now some investigative actions are ongoing.
Moreover, the person who is suspected in all that, do you know on what basis they are suspected, based on the similarity of the eyes? We have search warrants based on the similarity of the eyes, but if you look, not only are the eyes not the same, the colors are different. The color of the eyes of the person in the video is different, the person who is suspected and wanted is different.
Moreover, that person has been living in Russia with his family for more than three years, but the houses of his friends and relatives are being searched here.
The person says that the 9-month-old child should be taken to the hospital, but I can’t find the doctor’s number in any way because it was in my phone, the person is literally isolated and under obvious observation.
External observations are being carried out, operational and investigative measures are being taken. Although, in my opinion, that video was adapted from the beginning, no Artsakh resident has anything to do with it.
This is just a show that they want to show and have appropriate grounds to target the people of Artsakh. Let me say more: to spread hatred towards the people of Artsakh.

According to him, the reason for all this is that most of the people of Artsakh have opposition views.
“Whoever is not with the government is an enemy of the government, a reason to become a victim of the government’s repression,” said Roman Yeritsyan.
He also said that what the Azerbaijani government was doing to the people of Artsakh, the Armenian government is doing double and quadruple, which, according to the speaker, is now implementing the Azerbaijani narratives.
“Formally speaking, we are called sisters, brothers, housemates. When we move in, you send parallel notices, telling us to vacate the apartment. This is your home, right? Those people do not use the certificates because they received 2007 service apartments.
What do you have to do with the 40 square meter apartment allocated to that person in 2007? That person repaired and furnished that apartment, now he lives in that apartment with his family members, small children, he has no other property in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, if he leaves, where will he go?” said the lawyer.
He expressed the opinion that in the case of the re-election of this government, the people of Artsakh should have nothing to do in Armenia anymore, because housing is not real, nor a dignified life, nor the possibility of survival.
