A fourth man has been charged in connection with the fatal shooting of a man in Ciceron earlier this year.
Police said in a statement today that 21-year-old Germaine Ishonn Joseph appeared before the First District Court on Wednesday, a day after he was formally charged with the murder of Givanni Andrew Joseph, also known as “Zuzu”. He was remanded to the Bordelais Correctional Facility until July 14.
Givanni Joseph, 25, was fatally shot on February 21 at The Gulf in Ciceron, Castries.
Germaine Joseph was arrested during a joint police operation carried out in Wilton’s Yard, Castries, on May 28.
The three other people already charged in connection with the case are: 23-year-old Sanjay Papius, also known as “Stickman”, 25-year-old Mayim King, also known as “Smiley”, and 20-year-old Vonnelle Degazon.
