The allegations concern suspected coordination between competitors and are directed at Martin & Servera – part of the Axel Johnson empire – and the American Menigo. They are based on tips from several municipalities and concern how the wholesalers have acted in public procurement processes for schools and nursing homes.
According to the newspaper, the dawn raids were carried out last week after permission was granted by the Patent and Market Court.
“We are assisting the authority with the information requested in the process, but currently have nothing further to add,” Jonathan Blom, communications manager at Martin & Servera, wrote in a comment to Dagens industri.
